How to use Renapur Leather Balsam
Follow these three simple steps to get the most from your Renapur Leather Balsam:
- Dip the application sponge into the pot of balsam, then wipe the sponge over the edge of the pot to remove any excess. If you can see Renapur Balsam on the sponge you are using too much - you can always add more if necessary.
- For light dirt and grime there is no need to use Renapur Cleaner. Gently work the treated sponge over the leather article - the Balsam will quickly absorb into the leather. There is no need to buff.
- If you have applied too much Leather Balsam simply wipe off the excess with a soft clean cloth.

I got this to treat some shoes where the leather had started to dry out, and I have to say it has made a great difference. Even though it’s clear it did darken the natural colour a bit, but the leather is much more supple now, looks smarter, and means they have some more life left in them. I used it very sparingly as they suggested, and imagine the pot will last for ages. There is an applicator sponge in the box, and the two free extra were a welcome bonus. |
